Kouba; loving mother of William (Joan) Kouba and Kenneth (Beth) Kouba and the late Thomas Kouba; dear grandmother of John Kouba, Jennifer Kouba, Morgan Mellske, Blake Rubey, Charley Rubey, Matthew Hutchinson and Nicholas Hutchinson; sister to the late Emil (Irene) Bergl; aunt and cousin to many. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Mary was a founding member of St. Louise de Marillac Church and a volunteer to various committees including the Library of Bethlehem Woods.
