Joseph H. Dusek, Jr., age 92 of Brookfield. Passed away peacefully at home, by the side of his beloved wife of 72 years, Rosemarie Dusek, nee Pearcy; keeping his memory alive are his children, Rosanne Dusek Tenuta and Joseph J. Dusek; grandchildren Krista Tenuta, Jessica (Kesav) Gandham and Dominique Dusek; the latest joy in his life, great granddaughter Tala Gandham; his siblings, the late Deloris (the late Stanley) Szymaniak and the late Joan (the late Robert) Kasper; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation Monday, October 3, 2022 from 3 P.M. to 8 P.M. and Tuesday, October 4, 2022 from 10:30 A.M. to time of Service 11 A.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home Ltd. 9445 W. 31st Street, Brookfield, IL 60513. Funeral Service 11 A.M.

Joseph was a former Commander for the Willowbrook Police Department. He was a man of many talents, who could fix anything, build anything and find anything- he was “The Man”. He will be missed by many.
