Jeraldine "Jerri" Kolack, nee Hungerford, age 71, of La Grange Park. Beloved wife of the late Joseph W. Kolack, Jr. Loving mother of Gregory, Jeffrey (Robyn) and Stephen; sister to John (Julie) Hungerford, Jean (Cletus) Grills, Jackie (the late Edward) Green, Jim (Diane) Hungerford, Jan (Tim) Corcoran and the late Joyce Storme and Joan Hungerford.
