Jeffery A. Zec, age 57, of Brookfield, formerly of Elmhurst. Beloved husband of Tressey Zec, nee Pinto; loving father of Dylan Zec; dear son of Cary Zec and Darlene Zec, nee Sieber; brother of Matthew Zec, Christopher (Dana) Zec and Brian Zec; son in law of Lillian Pinto; brother in law of Ramsey Pinto and Pamsey Pinto; uncle of Kara, Joseph, Matthew, Arriana and Shay. Jeffery grew up in Elmhurst, IL a graduate of York High School, he received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Iowa. Jeff loved the 10 years he spent in Arizona before he was a 19 year Chicago Public School Teacher. He always hoped to retire back in Arizona.
Visitation Thursday October 28, 2021 from 3 P.M. to 8 P.M. and Friday October 29, 2021 from 8:30 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 9445 W. 31 st Street, Brookfield, IL 60513. Funeral Friday 9:30 A.M. to St. Louise de Marillac Church, LaGrange Park, IL 60526 for a 10 A.M. Mass.
Interment Private.
