Heather  De Vries, nee Shanklin, age 89, of North Riverside formerly of Indian Head Park. Beloved wife of the late Rev. Lorenz H. De Vries; loving mother of Lisa (the late Mark) Workman, Thom (Nancy) De Vries, Mark (Ann) De Vries and Mary (Jeff) Kostos; devoted grandmother of Amy (the late Davin) Erickson, Mary (Doug) Spencer, Jonathon (Amelia) Workman, Tommy (Hilary) De Vries, Hope (Mike) Tagliere, Lauren De Vries, Michael De Vries, Kathryn De Vries, Ryan (Sarah) Kostos and Paxton (Dalton Rowe) Kostos; great grandmother of Finn, Riley, Maeve, Charlotte, Allie, Mikey, Vinny, Holland, Haven, Logan and Shane; dear sister of Robert (Betty) Shanklin.

A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date.
