Listen to Obituary

Ernie Miller (70) was better known as Dad, Grandpa, Papa, Brother, or Uncle Ern. He died in his Brookfield home on May 1, 2020 with his beloved wife of 45 years by his side. Ernie was born on January 11, 1950 to the Late Eleanor and Ernest Miller. He will be missed, and is very loved by his wife Judith, his children Sandra(Nathan) Linneman, Adam(Emily) Miller and Steven Miller; his 3 grandchildren Rhys, Pyrs and Maggie; his sister Carol(Gary) Strasser. He will also be missed and is loved by many Brother-in-laws and Sister-in-laws and even more nieces and nephews.

It didn't take much to make Ernie happy…. fishing, dancing, music, a cold one, and a good campfire. He really loved the simple things in life, but loved his family even more. He was a devoted husband and father. He was a wonderful fun loving Grandpa. His grandchildren were definitely his pride and joy.

Ernie will be remembered for his laughter, happy demeanor, his goofy dance, and his sing a longs. He brought joy to so many, "the life of the party." But when he was tired, and had had enough he would simply say "I'm going to check on the dog." Family and friends always knew he wouldn't be back. Ernie you will be missed by so many! Love you forever!
