Edward Kavanaugh, age 72, of Brookfield. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen Kavanaugh, nee McDowell; loving father of Linnea (John Sobocinski) Kavanaugh, Ryan (Melissa Keshen) Kavanaugh, Amanda (Jason) Carter and Joe (Kristin) Czapski; grandfather of Maria, Violet and Lincoln; brother of Carole, Gay (the late Alan) Brown, Michael Kavanaugh and the late Donald Kavanaugh; uncle of many nieces and nephews; Ed's faithful Sylvester and the late Buddy.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, October 23rd, 2021 from 2 P.M. to time of Service 5 P.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 9445 W. 31st Street, Brookfield, IL 60513. The Memorial Gathering will also celebrate the life of Kathleen Kavanaugh.
