Dennis Edward Wood, Vietnam Navy Veteran, age 72, of Brookfield. Beloved husband of Diane M. Wood, nee Solti; son of the late Charles Patrick Wood; dear brother of Gary (Conny) Wood; uncle of Markus Wood.

Visitation Thursday, May 5, 2022 from 3 P.M. to 8 P.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home, Ltd., 9445 W. 31st Street, Brookfield, IL 60513.

Anyone who is interested in attending the Graveside Service at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood is invited to meet at Hitzeman Funeral Home, on Friday, May 6, 2022 at 8:00 A.M. There will be no services held at the funeral home. The procession will leave promptly at 8:15 A.M. for a 10 A.M. Graveside Service and Military Honors at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
