Dale Kacena

Dale Kacena, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Dale was the dear father of Veronica Morris (Robert) and Mark Kacena (Linda), and proud grandfather of Michelle Sheahan (Kevin Sheahan). He was also a dear friend to his former wife, Cecelia Calandrino, and a loving brother to Joyce Skleba (Walter) and June Evans (Michael), as well as a cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Dale grew up in Chicago and always enjoyed fond memories of spending time at his grandparents' home in Michigan. Throughout his life, he found joy in traveling, trains, bowling, college football and music. He also treasured his beloved Roadmaster. These interests, along with his love of family and the many people whose lives he touched, were an important part of who he was.

A private ceremony to scatter Dale's cremains will be held at a later date.
