Charles H. Egner, age 74 of La Grange Park. Vietnam Air Force Veteran. Beloved husband of Sandra L. Egner, nee Hoffman; fond father of Charles J. (Jessica Smith) Egner, George L. Egner and Sarah E. (Patrick) Friedrich; grandfather "Best Friend" of Emmett P. Friedrich; brother of the late Clifford (Judy) Egner; uncle of many nieces and nephews; preceded in death by his parents George and Mary Egner; son in law of Helen R. Hoffman and the late Louis Hoffman. Charles, Chuck, Charlie was known by many in the community for his help at Ace Hardware.
A Memorial Visitation will be held Friday, February 11, 2021 from 3 P.M. to 8 P.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 9445 West 31st Street, Brookfield, IL 60513.
Services & Interment Private.
Per State Mandate anyone attending an indoor gathering is required to wear a face covering.
