Betty Blei, nee Warren, age 87 of LaGrange Park. Beloved wife of the late Elmer Blei, daughter of the late William and Lucy Warren, and daughter-in-law to the late Nicholas and Marie Blei. Sister to the late Fred (Marj), Arthur (Alice), and Bert (Elsie) Warren.
Loving mother of Kathy Berousek ( the late Jim), David (Jackie), and Jeff (Laurie) Blei. Devoted Grandmother to Jim, Lindy, Nick, Dan, David, Jennifer and Great Grandmother to Tim. Dear Auntie to Michael (Val), Roger (Pat), and Arthur (Joan) Warren. Betty, formerly of Bristol, England met her future husband, Elmer, during WWII in her homeland. She came to the States in 1948. A member of First Presbyterian Church of LaGrange; retiree of LaGrange Community Hospital after 27 years; member of LaGrange English Club; volunteer at Hines VA Hosp. and LaGrange Park Library. Lifelong friend and neighbor to those on Morgan Avenue.
