Barbara J. Buscemi, nee Allabrastro, age 76 of Yorkville, formerly of Brookfield and Berwyn. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Buscemi, dear mother of Phillip (Vicki) Buscemi, Bryan Buscemi, Jeffrey (Julie) Buscemi and Moreen (William) Butterworth; dear grandmother of Emma Buscemi, Aiden Buscemi, Hannah Buscemi, Annie Butterworth, Jimmy Buscemi, Griffin Butterworth, Olivia Buscemi, Joey Buscemi, Quinn Butterworth and Anthony Buscemi; sister of Diane Allabastro and the late Russell Allabastro, Jr.; aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Friday, January 3, 2025 from 3 P.M to 8 P.M. and Saturday, January 4, 2025 from 10 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services 9445 31st St., Brookfield, IL 60513. Funeral Saturday 10:30 A.M. to Mater Christi Church, Mass 11 A.M.

Interment Private.

Barbara was known as “Grandma Barb” to lots, an avid Cubs fan and Bear fan and loved spending time with her family.
