Arnold Proper, age 54 suddenly, of Riverside passed away on October 17, 2013. Beloved husband and best friend of Cindy, proud father of Nathan and Eric. Avid musky fisherman and Green Bay Packers fan. A celebration of Arnie's life will be held at the Brookfield VFW Post #2868.
