Armand "Jesse" James Sylvie, age 90, of La Grange Park.  Loving husband of Judith Sylvie, nee Wrobel; dear father of Janine (Don) Palm, Gary (Janet) Sylvie, Daniel (Alisa) Sylvie, Kim (Kevin) Stawiarski, Tammy (David) Ross and Jacqueline Sylvie; grandfather of John Duda, Anthony (Lauren) Vitagliano, Amanda (Jeff) Kuglich, Alice Sylvie, Raquel (Nate) Valle, Joshua Sylvie, Samantha Stawiarski, Nichole (Brad) Benson, Tess Galvan, Rachael Larsen and Lauren Larsen; great grandfather of Cash, Matteo, Giovanni, Luna, Eleanor, Harrison, Drew and Sadie; brother of Julia (the late Oscar) Brossett, Rosa (the late James) LLorens, the late Benjamin Kelfier (the late Patricia) Sylvie, the late Jessie James “Tiny” (the late Martha and Corine) Sylvie, the late Lawrence Edward Sylvie, the late Numa (the late Lula and Madeline) Sylvie, the late Aleta (the late Raymond) Moran, the late Isabel (the late Joseph and Anthony) Arceneaux, the late James Roy (the late Dolores) Sylvie and the late Lynell “Doc” (the late Patricia Ann) Couty; uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Armand "Jesse" Sylvie went home faithfully to the arms of God his Creator.  He was a great man, honest, loving, brave.....  Master of the Stratocaster and fishing pole.  He shared close to 69 years of his life in a blessed marriage to Judith, his devoted and loving wife.  His life touched the hearts of many.  Godspeed.

Visitation, Sunday, July 6, 2025 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and Monday, July 7, 2025 from 10:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home Ltd., 9445 31st Street, Brookfield, IL 60513.  Funeral 10:30 A.M. to St. Louise de Marillac Church, La Grange Park Mass 11:00 A.M.

Private Interment Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, Hillside.
