Annette Kozik, nee Barich, age 88 of Brookfield and Boca Raton, FL. Beloved wife of the late John Kozik; dear mother of Susan (Kelly) Jones, James (Denise) Kozik and the late John Kozik; loving grandmother of Sean Jones, Alison Jones, William Kozik and Claire Kozik; dear sister of the late Jerry (the late Rosemary) Barich; aunt and great aunt of many nieces and nephews. Proud Graduate of Farragut High School. Annette was a longtime member and cook at Sts. Peter & Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, Riverside and a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Boca Raton.

Visitation Tuesday, November 7, 2023 from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 9445 West 31st Street, Brookfield. Funeral Service 11 A.M., Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at Sts. Peter & Paul Lutheran Church, Corner of 31st Street and Des Plaines Ave, Riverside.

Inurnment Private Woodlawn Cemetery, Forest Park.
