Condolence from Christopher & Pamela Getz on August 12th, 2012 10:09 am

Dear Ron, Cathy and family,

Our sincere condolence on the passing of your father / grandfather. We truly loved our Uncle Lloyd and will miss his booming voice and wonderful laugh (which even to this day my brother John and I try to imitate but can never do so well). I have so many fond memories of visiting with Lloyd and know my life is richer for his having been a part of it.

With love and sympathy,
Chris & Pamela

We were all saddened by the news of Uncle Lloyd’s passing. All our kids had met him and adored him. Recently, Joe, our 16 year old, had the opportunity to interview Uncle Lloyd for his WWll Legacy Project. It was a joy to see my Dad and Uncle Lloyd together that day. I will fondly remember our trips to Chicago and, of course, your trips to Indy for family gatherings. Uncle Lloyd had a spirit and energy which we all loved to be near. We will miss him. Love and Prayers, Dana, Mike, Lily, Grace and Joe Moore
