John Munoz, age 71, of La Grange Park. Beloved husband of Louise Munoz, nee Messina; fond father of Anna Maria (Robert) Matson, Christina (Bill) Dimitropoulos and Jacob (Melissa) Munoz; dear grandfather of Dominic Matson, Athan Dimitropoulos, Sophia Dimitropoulos, Konstantina Dimitropoulos, Jack Munoz, Samuel Munoz; brother of Victoria Maria Galbreath, the late Edward (Mikki) Munoz and the late Robert Munoz; brother in law of Beverly Steinkamp; uncle of many; friend of many.
A Memorial Visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 10:00 A.M. to time of Mass 11:00 A.M. at St. Francis Xavier Church, Corner of Ogden and Spring, La Grange.
Per State Mandate, all guests attending any indoor services are required to wear a mask.
Inurnment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.

My sympathy goes out to John’s immediate and extended family. He was a good man. John and I developed a nice friendship over the last few years and I will certainly miss seeing him. I have truly admired his emotional strength and acceptance of his disease. May he Rest In Peace.
Our hearts and prayers go out to Louise and all of their wonderful family!
John will be missed by so many who had the pleasure of knowing him.
May he and the Munoz family find Peace.

I know this is going to be very hard for you, but you will be surrounded by your wonderful children and grandchildren to help ease the pain.
