Verona Micek, nee Jasecko, age 86, of Brookfield. Beloved wife of the late Theodore E. Micek; loving mother of Pamela (the late Raymond) Bottari and John (Maureen) Micek; dear grandmother of Joe (Jennifer) Micek, Kimmy (Nathan) Greene, Jason (Talia) Micek, Jonathan (Margie) Bottari, Nick (Andrea) Micek and Maggie Micek; great-grandmother of Brady, Dylan, Connor, Joey, Jake, Luke and Gia; sister of Juanita (George) Anderson; aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Monday April 1, 2013, 3 P.M to 9 P.M. and Tuesday, April 2, 2013, 9 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home Ltd. 9445 West 31st Street, Brookfield. You have my deepest sympathy. When I first met her, I was terrified… She soon taught me I had nothing to fear. The last few months have been hard for you. You can be at peace knowing you did everything humanely possible to make her comfortable. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I was just thinking about your family during Holy Week and remembering the times you shared your family traditions with me.
