Condolences for the family of “Sylvester J. Dziak”

Condolence from Dick and Joan Dziak & Family on July 23rd, 2015 8:27 pm

God Bless Uncle Sy! He lived a full life and left a legacy behind him! He is at last united with his beautiful bride, Aunt Betty. He was so blessed to be able to be living in his home until the end. We are so sorry we will not be able to attend Uncle Sy’s wake and funeral Mass because we are attending our godson’s wedding in Fort Collins, CO as well as camping out there. I, Dick will be home on Sunday, August 2nd. We will offer prayers and rosaries during our hikes for Uncle Sy and all of you, my cousins. God Bless you all during this difficult but happy time, it is times like this that we are so grateful for our beautiful Catholic faith!

Condolence from susan curtis on July 24th, 2015 1:33 pm

I never met Sylvester, but I’m friends with his son Tom. I also worked for AT&T in Chicago. Tom talks about his dad all the time, especially the Lyons phone garage. How his dad took him there as a young man to show him all the vehicles. So Tom if you happen to drive by the garage wave for me, I also worked there too. My prayers are with all of the Dziak family. God Bless.

Condolence from Dorothy Anne Dziak Combes on July 24th, 2015 1:41 pm

I want to send my love and prayers to all of Uncle Sylvester’s family. I am Matt’s oldest daughter and have many good memories of my uncle, although I had not seen him in decades. He was a good brother, father, husband and uncle!

With love,
Dee-Dee Combes

I have known Fran for many, many, many years and although I never met her Dad, I feel like I almost know him. Never did phone a call or a conversation happened that Fran did not speak fondly of her dad. My condolences to the entire family.

Dearest Fran, Brendan and the Dziak family,

May the sorrow you feel in your heart lighten by the love that surrounds you and by the beautiful memories of your beloved father. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Love, Laura

Condolence from Mary Dunk Christensen on July 25th, 2015 1:21 pm

To all the Beloved Dziak Cousins,

Our love is with you at this time of change. Uncle Sy was the best! It was great getting to know him as a child spending time at the big house and having fun as adults at the Dunk family reunions. We still see reminders of his talents from the many photographs he created while families were growing up.

Love, Mary & Jeff

Condolence from Jan (Looby) Saplis on July 26th, 2015 2:49 pm

Both Sy and Betty were extraordinary people with a wonderful family. God bless them and keep them in His peace. I had the pleasure of growing up with their youngest child Suzanne, and the many years I spent with the family is forever priceless to me. I have so many memories and so much love for all the Dziaks. My prayers are with you.

May God bless you all.
With love, Jan
