We were very lucky to grow up with the parish family at St. Francis. The Walker family was a greatly respected part of our childhood. Our parents were very dear friends of Bob and Marcella and we still talk about the parties that each would host and attend. We will pray for all of you. God Bless.

Condolence from Tom Loftus on June 18th, 2012 2:27 pm

Marcella,
Although I haven’t seen Bob in many years he was often in my thoughts. He taught me a great deal about the very important aspects of moving earth and more importantly about the value of being fair in business dealings. Your word is your bond and he always honored a handshake deal. I am sure that he has a lot more to teach and I look forward to sharing a libation with him in heaven, but, not soon.

Condolence from Margaret Bright Pudvin on June 18th, 2012 2:34 pm

Shall always remember the fun we shared in Galena so many years ago. Bob was so funny telling about his “run-in” with the police. What a trip! He will take great joy in sharing the story with our friends…above. Bob’s life was a great adventure. He will be sadly missed. m
