Lauer; loving mother of Raymond Lauer, Debra (Art) Miller, Greg (Tammy) Lauer and Neil Lauer; dear grandmother of Raymond Lauer, Susan (Jay) Johnson and Kimberly (James) McFarland; great grandmother of seven and aunt of many; devoted sister of Bernadette (late Steve) Wargo, Edward (Cathy) Hafkey, Betty (Bob) Hilgenberg, Michael (Barb) Hafkey, Cathy (Wayne) Kuehn, Jimmy Hafkey, Dan (Alice) Hafkey, Robin (John) Carter, Karen (Craig) Potter, Mark (Libby) Hafkey and Brian Hafkey; daughter of the late Edward Hafkey and the late Catherine (Ronald) Wurl. I was so shocked when I read that Mary Ann has passed away. I have been thinking allot about her lately and wondering if I should call and find out how everyone is doing. Too sad when I read her obituary and wondered what happened. My sister invited Mary Ann and Ray to her daughter’s wedding reception because it was close for them. That was the last time I saw her maybe 10 years ago.
I am saddened by this news.
Hope Ray is well and I offer my deepest sympathy to him and all the family. Lea Martin, but Mary Ann always called me “Linda Pinda”.
