Sering; fond mother of Karen (Duane) Rapp; stepmother of the late Audrey (Bill) Laurent; dear grandmother of Jason (Jonda) Maus, Randy (Jenny) Maus, Sheri (Dennis) Malek, Vince (Theresa) Laurent, Michelle Perkins, Dawn (Mike) Roberts, Dan (Diane) Rapp, Doug (Lisa) Rapp and Dave (Corinne) Rapp; great-grandmother of 12; sister of the late Charles (Margaret) Pahlman, Lloyd (Dora) Pahlman, Albert (Marguerite) Pahlman and Nellie (John) Altvater. Visitation Wednesday, September 29, 2004 from 2 P.M. to 8 P.M. and Thursday, September 30, 2004 from 10:30 A.M. to 11 A.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home Ltd., 9445 W. 31st Street, Brookfield. Funeral Thursday 11 A.M. Interment Glen Oak Cemetery. Peg had a passion for education, art, literature, nature and most especially her friends and family. She was a member of the Third Unitarian Church, Chicago; Treasure of Women’s Alliance and very active in many political and humanitarian organizations.
