Long ago, the righteous man Job raised this question: “If an able-bodied man dies can he live again?” In answer to that question he said: ”You will call, and I will answer you. You will long for the work of your hands.” (Job 14:14,15) I’m very sorry for your loss. May God’s Word seek to comfort you and your family. Sincerely, Meryl

Condolence from Connie Petrik on April 23rd, 2014 7:17 am

Even though she wasn’t our aunt we always called her auntie Lil. I’ve known her since the day I was born. She was very good friend of my grandma Mary Patak. We knew her husband very well. We called him Uncle Jack. When I was little I always loved to comb my grandma’s hair. Well P.E. day I ran running in my grandma’s bedroom and banged my head on the dresser and required 5 stitches in my head. So my grandmother called Jack and he had to take us to the hospital and get stitches above my eyebrow. I will deeply miss her and her wonderful voice of singing. She and Jack used to come to my grandparents cottage in Fox Lake. We all miss them both.
