I am so sorry for your loss. Kay and my Mom used to work together at Duff & Phelps and my Mom Janice passed away on December 19, 1999. My Mom talked so highly of Kay. I kept in contact with Kay. Kay was a wonderful person with a heart of gold. I will never ever forget her. Rest in peace Kay and I hope you and my Mom are flying in heaven.

To Johnny, and the entire Okinski and Zematis families please know how very sorry I am for your tremendous loss. Kay was not only one of my dearest friends, but she was also like a sister to me. She will be sorely missed. In my heart I believe that Heaven has a new precious angel who is now watching over all of us. You will forever remain in my thoughts, and prayers.

I’ve worked with Kay over the last 10 years at Fitch. She was a lovely person, who always had a kind word to say. I’ll miss her warm smile, and our daily am conversations that we used to have in the kitchen to start our day. We always used to say we were on the same am schedule when we meet up by the frig. My condolences to her family and friends. We will miss her.

Condolence from Gerald Morgan on May 13th, 2020 10:41 pm

Dear Johhny O, I miss Kay, and I miss you too. I’ll always remember being with you both, so much, playing music on many stages with you, while Kay was always in the audience, even at the band rehearsals. We all had so much fun and good times together. I remember watching Kay & you being married, and the Priest saying each of us are different, but we grow together. Having pizza & watching the Gary Moore concert with both of you in your home was the highlight of my friendship with you two. I love ❤️ you both, always have. Kay was always so kind & respectful to everyone. You guys taught me how a real loving relationship should be like. God bless you both. Love you, Gerald…….
