We are so very saddened by the news of John’s passing. We played poker with him and Virg several times when they came back to Chicago . . . it was great fun and he will truly be missed.
I wish I had been able to attend John’s funeral, but I will always have the best of memories of a truly good man.
I doubt if John ever realized what a positive effect he had on my life.
Sorry to hear of John’s passing. My mother was Ruth Moore,close to both John and Virginia. I remember the good times my parents had with them going way back to the 50’s.
