Grafen, nee Rembiszewski; dear father of Joseph (Donna Michele) Scanlon, Tonya Grafen, Michael Scanlon, Jerry Grafen Jr., Richard Scanlon and Samantha Grafen; fond grandfather of 8; brother of Gail (Monore) Nobel, Ginger (Mario) Ortiz and Alan (Marlene) Grafen; uncle of many nieces and nephews. I first met uncle jerry 18yrs ago and he was just so full of life and he made my aunt so happy we lost a really good guy and I will truly miss him I love you uncle jerry
Jerry was such an amazing man. He always knew just how to brighten up the room with his jokes. He will truly be missed forever. My Condolences to the family. I love you all as my own family. He may be gone now, but he’ll never be forgotten. ♡ may you rest in peace now jerry.

Wishing you peace , love and hope on this day that we say are good byes to a warm and caring man. My memories of Jerry are mainly how funny he was and how kind he was to everyone. I am so sorry for his untimely passing . I hope you are celebrating his life and remembering all the love he shared.
