Hello – I worked for Gary in Fenwal Finance for a few years and he was the nicest person to work for and with. His humor was infectious and all he talked about was his son and was always planning and thinking about providing for his family. We used to discuss 401 strategies and investing. I am so sad to hear of the passing of Gary. We were great friends during high school, often double dating or triple dating with Tom Landa. I know the angels welcome you joyfully in heaven, I pray for those who remain here with the huge hole in our hearts left from his passing. Gary was a true friend to all who were fortunate enough to know him. I hope you were all able to say your goodbyes and that he died peacefully.
I am sad to say I lost a friend, I worked with Gary for over 15 years of my life. Work was work but I did like how he discussed his family and how happy he was during the ups and downs of family life. I will miss my friend and hope to see him again.

It’s been many years since we spoke, though interestingly, I thought of Gary a few weeks ago as I drove by his old home on First Avenue and wondered about him.

Pat — I am stunned to read of Gary’s passing. I was driving south on I294 today & noticed a billboard advertising St. Lucia. I remembered Gary loving his trips there with you. I decided to “google” him and that’s how I learned the sad news. I worked with Gary in Operational Budgets at Baxter. That company never had a more dedicated employee! And I agree with an earlier poster that you and “little larry” were always foremost in his mind. He was so kind. I am heartily sorry for your loss.
