  3. Goran "Spaz" Davidovac condolence:

It is with deep regret that I learned of the passing of +Dusan “DJ” Ljubenko. Our sincerest condolences to the family.

He was truly a pillar in our church community.

His commitment to our parish is exactly one of the reasons why this Cathedral, Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Cathedral on Redwood Drive, has so much today.

I am personally grateful that he had helped continue grow our parish throughout all these years.

It was an honor to have served on the 100th Anniversary committee in 2005 where I learned from the legends themselves.

You see my friends, to some people legends are Elvis, the Beatles, Michael Jackson, etc…

To me, legends are Ivan Vucetic, John Palandech, Blackie, Swats, Wally Vukovich & DJ Ljubenko, just to name a few.

On behalf of the Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Cathedral

HVALA for EVERYTHING you’ve done for our community – we are forever grateful.

    VJECNAJA PAMJAT

    Goran “Spaz” Davidovac

  8. Renata Banak Carlson condolence:

Dan was a great man, much loved.. I enjoyed the years we worked together and was saddened when due to changes at the Richardson/Witco Company we both moved on. He was always a true gentleman and such a hard, dedicated worker. Having lost earlier contact information I decided to search for his address online, what a shock to find his obituary instead… So sorry to hear he’s no longer with us, I’m sure he has a special place in heaven. My condolences to his wife Olga and his children and family, of which he always spoke very highly.

    Renata Cameron
