Dorothy is an amazing woman. We have been her neighbors for 14 years now. She always welcomed you into her home with open arms and cookies or chocolate. She was independent and hard working. She will be greatly missed.
I am on of the hundreds of actors Dorothy worked with on the “Unshackled” radio drama series produced by the Pacific Garden Mission. She was always cheerful and positive, lively and independent. We all miss her.
Every time I worked on Unshackled, Dorothy would greet me ( and everybody else) like a long lost friend. Such a wonderful way to be greeted. Her mark on the Mission will long be remembered.
I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Dorothy at Ceco Concrete Construction in Cicero until she retired. She was a very nice lady.
