- We are available 24 hours a Day at 708-485-2000. You will be attended to by a Hitzeman Family Member or Staff Member, not an answering service. We are committed to attending to your particular needs day or night.
- Schedules for Services, Visitations, Arrangements, Prearrangements and General Consultations normally take place from as early as 8 A.M. to as late as 9 P.M. 7 Days a week.
- General Office hours if there are no scheduled Visitations or Services are
Monday – Friday 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Saturday – 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M Noon
Sunday – By Appointment - Extended Hours, Sundays and Holidays are based upon Appointments and schedule of Visitations and Services.
- Appointments can be easily made for evenings and weekends outside of standard office hours. Appointments are not only recommended but strongly encouraged. This will allow us to make sure there are no conflicts between families we serve and will insure sole attention to you and your family.
