Was fortunately introduced to Chuck by my sister, Ellie Wagner six years ago. We developed an immediate bond and enjoyed wonderful times in Chicago, Fort Worth and Hawaii. As we were both retired, many hours were spent on the phone, solving the problems of the world and laughing hysterically at some pretty silly stories. Chuck was a shining star in my life. Rest in peace Chuckles!
